Event Overview

The America We Know Is Disappearing….

Our families are broken, life is not valued, our children’s future is at risk and our freedom is at stake. NOW is the time to stand up and be heard.

Christians need to be educated and informed like never before. This is one of the most important elections in American history. Our country is at a critical crossroads and we have to decide if we are going to be a people that depend on government or God. In the 2008 Presidential election, 33 million evangelical Christians (63%) voted. 10 million were eligible to vote but were unregistered. 9 million were registered but did not vote. With 52 million Christians in America, we do have the power to restore our nation. Let’s come together as a community and turn our culture around…

LET’S ROCK AMERICA – VOTE 2012

Join us at the Rock Church on October 27th for an exciting evening to honor God, get educated, and pray for our country. LET’S ROCK AMERICA – VOTE 2012 is an event to raise awareness and encourage individuals to get out and vote. We pray that this event will serve to restore patriotism and hope to the community. Our republic can only survive if Christians realize that they must participate in the selection of our leaders.

Wayne Grudem: Author and Professor at Phoenix Seminary

Wayne will be discussing topics from his new book Politics According to the Bible. Learn what the bible says about government’s role, picking candidates and other hard questions.
Randy Thomasson: President of SaveCalifornia.com

Randy will be giving practical tips that you can do right away to make a difference and affect your community before the Nov. 6th election.
Craig Huey: Founder of Election Forum and JudgeVoterGuide.com

Craig will be reviewing what’s on the ballot, including the candidates, the judges, the propositions and the local San Diego races.

Citizen of the Year Award

Winner will receive an ipad!
Nominate yourself or someone else to be the Citizen of the Year. Submit a simple one page or less write up of what you are doing to affect your community and/or church in the area of politics or biblical citizenship. The top three will be voted on by the audience.
